How Does 9D Breathwork Work?
When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or stressed, it’s usually your nervous system and your subconscious mind holding onto old patterns. 9D works on both.
The breath shifts your state quickly. The sound and frequency layers help quiet the thinking mind. Your body naturally begins to release what it’s been carrying. As your brain moves into deeper, calmer states, your system can:

let go of emotional weight
reset stress patterns
create more clarity and space
feel grounded again

9D Breathwork Signature Journeys
Some things don’t shift with a quick reset.
They sit underneath — in the body, in old patterns, in the stuff we’ve carried for years.
These Signature Journeys are deeper 9D Breathwork experiences designed to help you release what’s been building — not just relax for an hour, but actually move something.
You don’t need to have done an Intro session first.
You can start here if you feel ready to go deeper.
If you have already experienced an Intro, this is the natural next step.
Each month, a different journey. A different theme. A different layer to work through.
Using immersive 9D sound, guided breathwork, and subconscious prompts, your system is gently guided into a state where it can finally let go.
People often leave feeling:
- lighter, like something has shifted
- clearer, with less noise in their head
- calmer in their body
- more able to move forward
Sometimes it’s subtle.
Sometimes it’s powerful.
But it’s always your experience, at your pace.

How The 12 Journeys Works
The programme unfolds across three themed blocks, each running over four weekly group sessions:
Block 1 – Self-Mastery & Enoughness
Build a grounded foundation by reconnecting with your body, releasing stored emotional weight, and shifting the patterns that keep you stuck.
Block 2 – Regulation & Authenticity
Move through stress, anxiety, and deeper emotional imprints to feel more regulated, more yourself, and less controlled by old reactions.
Block 3 – Freedom & Forward Movement
Integrate what’s shifted, step into clarity and self-trust, and create space to move forward with more ease and direction.
Over time, people often notice:
- they feel more regulated day to day
- old patterns don’t hit as hard
- they respond differently instead of reacting
- there’s more space, clarity, and direction
This isn’t about pushing for breakthroughs every week. It’s about giving your system the consistency it needs to actually change.

1:1 Breathwork Sessions

Alongside group journeys, I offer private 1:1 breathwork sessions for those who want a more personal, supported experience.
This can be for individuals, couples, or small family groups.
These sessions are tailored to you — your pace, your space, and what you’re currently moving through.
Whether that’s stress, emotional release, nervous system regulation, or simply needing time to reset.
With fewer distractions and more focused support, many people find these sessions a deeper and more comfortable way to explore the breath.
Session options:
- Intro session (1 hour) — £65
- Full session (2 hours) — £120 (up to 3 people)

Meet Bryden
I’m Bryden — a 9D Breathwork facilitator based in East Lothian.
For most of my life, I thought being “fine” meant being okay.
I stayed busy, pushed through stress, and kept everything going…
until I realised my body had been running on survival mode for years.
When I finally tried 9D Breathwork, something clicked.
In one session, my mind went quiet in a way it never had before.
Not because I’d figured anything out — but because my body had finally exhaled.
I felt calm. Clear. Back in myself.
That experience changed everything.
Now I hold space for others to experience the same — helping people release what’s been building, reconnect with their breath, and find the space underneath all the noise.
Each session blends immersive 9D sound, guided breathwork, and a grounded, safe approach that lets your body lead the process.
You don’t need to know how to meditate or have any experience.
Just your breath, your body… and a willingness to explore.
