How Does 9D Breathwork Work?

When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly “on”…it’s not just in your head — your body is holding it too. Breathwork works by shifting your state first.
As you breathe in a guided rhythm, your system begins to slow down.
Your thoughts quiet.
Your body starts to soften.
And when that happens…it creates the space for your body to release what it’s been holding.
You don’t need to figure anything out.
You don’t need to force anything.
It happens naturally.

9D Breathwork Taster Sessions (1.5 hrs)

Most people don’t realise how much they’re holding…until they finally slow down.
If your mind’s always busy, your body feels tight, or you just can’t switch off — this is a place to pause and reset. These sessions are a simple, guided introduction to 9D Breathwork.
No pressure. No expectation.
Just space to breathe and see what happens.
Using headphones and an eye mask, you’re guided into your own inner space — supported by the group, but fully in your own experience.
Some people feel calm.
Some feel clarity.
Some release more than they expected.
There’s nothing to get right.
You can try it once… or use it as a starting point for deeper journeys.

9D Breathwork Signature Journeys (2.5 hrs)

Some things don’t shift with a quick reset.
They sit underneath – in the body, in old patterns, in the stuff we’ve carried for years.
These Signature Journeys are deeper 9D Breathwork experiences designed to help you release what’s been building — not just relax for an hour, but actually move something.
You don’t need to have done a taster session first.
You can start here if you feel ready.
If you have already experienced a taster, this is the natural next step.

Each month is different. A new journey. A new theme. A different layer. Using immersive 9D sound, guided breathwork, and carefully layered prompts, your system is guided into a state where it can finally let go.
People often leave feeling the following:
• lighter — like something has shifted
• clearer, with less noise in their head
• calmer in their body
• more able to move forward
Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it’s powerful. But it’s always your experience, at your pace.

The Twelve - Transform

The 12 Journeys Programme

A 12-Week 9D Breathwork Journey · Small group · In-person

These are delivered across three 4-week blocks.
One session can shift something.
But real change happens when you give your body time to unwind what it’s been holding.
The 12 Journeys is a structured breathwork programme designed to support deeper regulation, release, and reconnection over time.
👉You don’t need to start at Block 1.
Each 4-week block stands on its own — you can join when a new block opens and continue if it feels right.
If you’ve tried a Taster session or a Signature session and felt something open… this is where you begin to build on that. Or you can start here if you’re ready for a more consistent, supported process.

How The 12 Journeys Works

The programme unfolds across three themed blocks, each running over four weekly group sessions:

Block 1 – Stabilise & Reset

Build safety and regulate your nervous system. This first block helps you slow down, reconnect with your body, and release some of the initial weight you’ve been carrying. It’s about creating a solid foundation — so your system feels safe enough to let go.

Block 2 – Activate & Express

Work with stress, emotion, and stored energy. Once your system feels more settled, this block goes deeper. You begin to move through stress, emotional patterns, and what’s been sitting underneath — often things you didn’t realise were still there.

Block 3 – Integrate & Embody

Anchor change into daily life. This is where things start to land.  What you’ve shifted begins to carry into everyday life — how you think, respond, and show up.

You don’t need to force anything. Each block meets you where you are — and takes you a layer deeper.
Each session has its own focus and theme — shared in the group as you move through the programme.

Private Sessions

1:1 Breathwork Sessions

Personal, private breathwork — by enquiry
Alongside group sessions, I offer private 1:1 breathwork for those who want a more personal, supported experience. This can be for individuals, couples, or small family groups. Sessions are tailored to you — your pace, your space, and what you’re currently moving through. With fewer distractions and more focused support, many people find these sessions a deeper and more comfortable way to explore the breath.

Session options:

  • Intro session (1 hour) — £65
  • Full session (2 hours) — £120 (up to 3 people)

Meet Bryden

I’m Bryden — a 9D Breathwork facilitator based in East Lothian. For most of my life, I thought being “fine” meant being okay.
I stayed busy, pushed through stress, and kept everything going…until I realised my body had been running on survival mode for years.

When I finally tried 9D Breathwork, something clicked.
In one session, my mind went quiet in a way it never had before.
Not because I’d figured anything out —
but because my body had finally exhaled.
I felt calm. Clear. Back in myself.

That experience changed everything. Now I hold space for others to experience the same helping people release what’s been building, reconnect with their breath, and find the space underneath all the noise.

Each session uses immersive 9D sound and guided breathwork, held in a grounded, safe way that lets your body lead the process. You don’t need to know how to meditate or have any experience.
Just your breath, your body…and a willingness to explore.
