​What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a powerful guided breathing experience that blends ancient breathwork with modern sound technology. You wear headphones, lie down, and follow simple breath patterns while immersive 9D audio surrounds you from every direction. It’s designed to calm your mind, reset your nervous system, and help you release stress, tension, and old emotional patterns — without needing to talk, think, or analyse anything.
Each session uses breath, frequency, music, and subconscious messaging together. This combination helps you shift out of overthinking and into deeper states like alpha and theta, where your mind becomes quiet and more open to change.
People often describe it as:
“Time disappeared.”
“My brain finally switched off.”
“I felt lighter afterwards.”
“It was the most relaxed I’ve been in years.”
This isn’t passive relaxation — it’s a full-body reset.

How Does 9D Breathwork Work?

When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or stressed, it’s usually your nervous system and your subconscious mind holding onto old patterns. 9D works on both.

The breath shifts your state quickly. The sound and frequency layers help quiet the thinking mind. Your body naturally begins to release what it’s been carrying. As your brain moves into deeper, calmer states, your system can:

  • release stored tension
  • let go of emotional weight

  • reset stress patterns

  • create more clarity and space

  • feel grounded again

It’s a powerful experience — but you’re fully in control the whole time. Just breathe, relax, and let the journey guide you.

9D Breathwork Introductory Sessions

Experience 9D Breathwork in a calm, guided group setting. These introductory sessions are designed for both first-time participants and returning breathers, offering a simple way to reset, reconnect, and experience the breath without pressure or expectation.
Each session is fully guided and immersive, using headphones and an eye mask to help you drop into your own inner space, supported by the shared energy of the group. No previous experience is needed, and each session stands alone.
Many people attend an introductory session before joining a deeper breathwork journey, but these sessions are complete in themselves.

The 12 Journeys

A 12-Week 9D Breathwork Journey

Small group · In-person · Progressive

The Twelve is a structured breathwork journey made up of three 4-week blocks, designed to support deeper regulation, release, and reconnection over time.

Each block stands as a complete experience in its own right, while also forming part of a wider journey for those who wish to continue.

There is no requirement to start at Block 1 — you can join at the beginning of any block when a new one opens.

How The Twelve Works

The journey unfolds across three themed blocks, each running over four weekly group sessions:

Block 1 – Awakening & Release
A grounding starting point focused on coming out of autopilot, reconnecting with the body, and laying safe foundations for deeper work.

Block 2 –  Authenticity & Healing
A deeper phase supporting emotional regulation, nervous system work, and continued release.

Block 3 – Freedom & Power
A final phase focused on integration, clarity, and forward movement.

Events & Taster Days

From time to time, I offer opportunities to experience 9D Breathwork as part of wider wellbeing events and taster days.

These are a relaxed way to try breathwork in shorter formats, meet other practitioners, and get a feel for the work before attending a full introductory or block session.

I’ll be offering short 1:1 9D Breathwork 20-minute taster sessions throughout the afternoon as part of Taster Day 2026 at The Wellness Barn.

This is a great option if you’d like to:

  • experience 9D Breathwork in a short, accessible format

  • explore different wellbeing modalities in one day

  • try breathwork before committing to a longer session or journey

Places can be pre-booked, with limited walk-in availability on the day.

1:1 Breathwork Sessions

Personal, private breathwork — by enquiry

Alongside group journeys, I also offer private 1:1 breathwork sessions for individuals, couples, or small family groups.

These sessions are tailored to you and your situation, whether that’s stress, emotional release, nervous system regulation, or simply needing space to breathe and reset.

Meet Bryden

I’m Bryden — a 9D Breathwork facilitator based in East Lothian.

For most of my life, I thought being “fine” meant being okay. I stayed busy, pushed through stress, and kept it all together — until I realised my body had been running on survival mode for years. When I finally tried 9D Breathwork, something clicked. In one session, my mind went quiet in a way it never had before. I felt calm, clear, and connected — not because I’d talked my way there, but because my body had finally exhaled.

That experience changed everything. Now I guide others through the same process — helping people release what’s heavy, reconnect to their breath, and find the space underneath all the noise. Every session blends sound, science and safe facilitation. You don’t need to know how to meditate or have any previous experience — just your breath, your body, and a willingness to explore.
